Button Badge Artwork Sizing and Specifications 

The finished Badge is 25mm in diameter, however please follow the design & artwork sizing guidelines to get the best results for your Custom Badges:

• Your design or colour background needs to have a total diameter of 33mm to allow for printing bleed.
• The actual face size of the Badge is 24mm so please keep the parts of your design you would like viewable within this diameter. 
• Keep all text within a 23mm diameter to ensure your wording is clear & readable.
• For best results your artwork should be at 300dpi resolution at the artwork size specification.
• We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF and EPS file formats, please ensure all diameter guidelines have been removed & the artwork has been flattened to only one layer.

We print our badges using a 4 colour process (CMYK) which means we are unable to Pantone colour match. We will ensure to give you the best possible colour match to your provided artwork. Please bare in mind following points before sending us your artwork: 

• Your Badge will only be as good as your artwork, if your design is blurred, your badge will be blurred.
• Colours always look brighter on a backlit computer screen compared to any printed product, if in doubt printout a copy.
